Throw her in the car & hit the shop in my jammies as I have the biggest, strongest urge / craving for a tube of Pringles & it's all I can think about.........?

Please get dressed first. Going out in your nightwear is minging. <wrinkles nose>

That's how desperate the situation is !

FairyFluffbum Wed 16-Dec-15 21:29:42

No way would I wake up my sleeping child for anything less than an emergency.

I'd rather poke a hungry bear with a very sharp stick

It's one of those things that sound nice in theory but, as I am eating salt and vinegar crisps (bleurgh) and shortbread for dinner because DC was unexpectedly ill and I didn't go to the shop before we got home, I'm going to say YABU, just out of spite wink

If it's available in your area Prime Now deliver them in two hours!

DonkeyOaty Wed 16-Dec-15 21:35:19

Thurlow I like the sound of your supper. Nomnom.

So obtainable
Yet so unobtainable

To be fair IABVU for letting myself get to mid December & with no festive Pringles stash.

Thurlow Wed 16-Dec-15 21:39:57

You're welcome to it, Donkey, it is not hitting the spot here!

I would settle for some shortbread.

Only crisps we have on the premises & I'm using the term crisps loosely are quavers bleh.

Eva50 Wed 16-Dec-15 21:50:23

We have onion rings and quavers.

DragonsCanHop Wed 16-Dec-15 21:50:36

How old is the child? I only ask incase it would be reasonable to wake them and make them go for you.

Garlick Wed 16-Dec-15 21:56:50

Good problem-solving skills there, Dragons.

PS: Can they hop???

remembermewhen Wed 16-Dec-15 21:57:39

If I thought she could be trusted to walk past the magazine section & return with my Pringles she would be out the door.

Itscliffmas Wed 16-Dec-15 22:06:13

I can't stop thinking about cake! (mainly the Yule log I saw in tesco the other other day) I can actually hear it calling me right now.

Now I'm thinking about Yule log and Pringles! I'm going to raid the cupboards, I think I have some shortbread and Nutella.

DragonsCanHop Wed 16-Dec-15 22:10:16

Yup grin

I'm now thinking about food, only crisps I have are salt n shake and they don't count and some fucker has left the lid of the biscuit box angry

Anniegetyourgun Wed 16-Dec-15 22:13:20

Quavers are against my religion. Puffed cardboard innit.

DragonsCanHop Wed 16-Dec-15 22:24:09

I can't stand wotsits (spell check doesn't like that word!) a little child threw up in a swimming lesson - years ago - and the teachers used floats to push his lunch vomit down the sucker drains, all I could smell was woztits <vom>
