It's an hour a night for 6 nights per week.... I go to the gym during the day usually.
We've got 3 DC aged 8,6&4 and they are all at school all day DS 6 is disabled and requires lots of attention. He usually wakes at stupid o'clock despite being medicated.
We don't eat until kids go to bed because DH doesn't get home until 6pm and it's nice for him to have 1 hour of fun before bedtime not with me !!!!
I can't be arsed I just wanna sit down, eat my dinner, watch shit TV and then sleep!!! Not jump around like a knob!

Okay he the other bit .... DH has MS so needs to keep fit ..... He wouldn't do it on his own he wants support !!!

Now forget that last sentence and tell me I ANBU!!'n please ???

"He wouldn't do it on his own he wants support !!!"
He's an adult who can choose whether or not to take his own health seriously. It's unreasonable of him to insist that 'support' = 'forcing DW to do something she doesn't want to do'.

Can't you just slob on the couch and make the appropriate noises? Honestly.

For your husband to go from doing nothing to the Insanity DVD 6 nights a week seems a bit of a stretch. He's liable to get disheartened/injured or both and give up entirely. If he wants to do stuff at home I'd recommend doing interval training with bodyweight exercises, say, 20 minutes at a time doing sets of four exercises on rotation. He can adjust the exercises to his own ability level and mix things up so he doesn't get bored. Have a look at somewhere like breakingmuscle for some ideas.

Findo he does exercise at home already ... He does pull ups and free weights. Not much cardio though!!!
We didn't do it! I told him to find a half hour work out !

I couldn't face that at the end of the day at all. If you would consider a shorter workout though there's T25 by the same company but it's only 25 mins long. Don't know much about it though.

As op said, try T25. It's a little easier than insanity but still pretty cardio based and best of all quick!

Lord above the last thing you need is the Insanity workout, you need a break.

Plus, you'll get loads of exercise dashing about after your three kids won't you?
