rubymallorywhite · 03/12/2015 13:55

Need some distraction from the horrors of real life !

Was just hunting in my handbag & wondering if it's just me that carries all this nonsense about !?

Amongst the usual everything but the kitchen sink I seem to be carrying :

A set of 3 Juggling balls

A Tupperware dish full of green teabags (I never drink green tea)

A mooncup (Clean)

An aux cable (Ipod to car)

A pair of socks (Adult, Clean)

Any advances ?

I have no handbag anymore. Everything is in my pockets, house key, phone, credit card and £5. I carry a bag around though.... full of snacks, fruits, drinks, raisins.

I have a baby change bag. It's all just baby stuff except my purse, phone, keys, lip balm and tissues! Sometimes I stick a bottle of water under the buggy and maybe an umbrella. When I had a handbag it was full of crap though

Several very well folded bags for life, purse, cigs and lighter, small note book with lists / usually only around xmas.
Door keys, lipstick was out last night. Several receipts, store cards, vouchers etc that don't fit in purse, tissues.

Its a small bag but has lots of pockets and is like a tardis for never ending space.

I only really use my handbag for work nowadays,
If I'm out & about with the kid I put phone / money / mints & keys in her bag & I never ever require or miss any of the tat in my handbag.

Along with all the baby paraphernalia, there's my keys, hairbrush, about 47 hair bobbles that disappear every time I need one, lip balm, purse and, bizarrely, a mint Aero.

I don't think I've ever bought a mint Aero, so God knows where that's appeared from!
