I can't take something out of my basket - there doesn't seem to be a facility to remove it. I can't just leave it to fester as i want to bu other stuff. Arrrrgghhhhhh

Just go to checkout, there will be an option to delete.

Are you having Black Friday-related stress? Flowers

Yep if you go to checkout you can remove or save it for later!

hahaha - sort of Sarah, i just wanted to check out a lap top that was advertised on Martin's money at £238 which was very cheap for the spec, but when i clicked on the link it was £319 Hmm Not that i wanted to buy it anyway but thought ooh, if i put it in my basket it might give me the option of a voucher etc, it didn't but Thanks. I only wanted to buy some colouring pencils! Grin

Was scared to go to the checkout as it already has my card details so didn't want to buy it by accident, although i don't actually have that amount of cash in my account anyway but so..

Do you see a "change" option under quantity? Pick that.

I agree the 'cancel' button should be big and red, in fact it is under 'change' and then you can put 0. But it is confusing on purpose of course.

Exactly HP, especially as before you go to the checkout the "change" option doesn't actally include 0 as an option! I guess they are hoping people will just go "ah feck it, im commited now" and buy the shite anyway.

I got amazon prime trail, have set my phone to remind me to cancel it ;)

Edit basket, then delete or save for later usually works for me.

Glad you sorted it!

Cancel your prime trial now! You don't need to wait - you get the whole month.

Ooh thanks soupy! I forgot to cancel it once, left it ages then someone on here told me to ring customer services, to be fair, they refunded my money.

I am going to hold fire a bit thoguh because we can now stream the Amazon prime to the TV and im hoping against hope that its better than netflix

Does anyone watch anything decent on there?

The first thing I used to do when taking out the trial was to ensure it didn't automatically renew :)

I think I've had too many trials now and they don't offer me any more!
