It's an odd one, isn't it, as it (sort of) touches on cannibalism, which is obviously still quite taboo... Supposedly that is one reason that so many people are squicked out by breastfeeding, as deep down they feel it crosses that taboo.

There is yeast and there is yeast. it is a bit like saying you will make bread out of conkers rather than wheat grain. A pathogenic species of yeast, like Candida is unlikely to survive in a bread dough - any fermentation taking place will be from wild Saccharomyces entering her mix.

You can quite easily catch a "wild" yeast just by leaving out a mix of flour and water. Lots of places on t'internet can tell you how. No need to resort to your own vag if t'pocalypse should come!
