Hundreds of people died, lots of children are now scared of flying (certainly the impromptu conversation I had in a Y6 class yesterday revealed a lot of worry) and you are using this to make a smarmy, spiteful point about in-term holidays?

I don't usually accuse others of jealousy, as I think jealousy is a very normal human emotion, and not as easy to eradicate as all that, but you do sound unpleasantly, maliciously gleeful about this idea.

You're bound to be frustrated, though. Anyone being evacuated has either had a nightmare or and adventure, so that bit is out of your hands and dependent on the individuals' own attitudes. However, any truants will be pretty exposed, so will likely get whatever's coming to them for truancy, with no blind eye, if that's what you're after? It won't necessarily be public shaming, though.
