I feel like I'm the only person in the UK that had no children in the house, is not working but is wide awake sad just wanna sleep!! Any other nocturnal strugglers out there??!

Me tonight , woke up with cramp in my calf , ouch ! Everyone else is flat out.

YANBU. I wake up at 4.40 on school days but I go through periods when I wake up at 3. Keep the light off and MN or read your Kindle if you have one, until you fall asleep. brew This is warm milk.

Always always awake at this time. It's so frustrating. I do have a DC but I can't blame him he's not made a peep. Plus I've been like this way before he came along.

I'm exhausted. I feel for you.

I was on meds for it but came off while pregnant, and didn't really need to go back on them while on maternity leave. It's flared back up since I've been back at work. Defo stress related.
Need to get myself back to docs I think.
