Is it supposed to taste like butter? Because I'm telling you right now, that it don't taste anything like any butter I've ever had, no siree. I don't need this shit in my life I've got enough stress without being hood-winked in to buying some yellow tub that I was under the impression tasted a bit like butter. Listen up Peeps, be on your guard cos this Utterly Butterly malarkey don't taste anything like any butter I've ever had. you get me?

PEACE!

We call that stuff "I can't believe you want me to spread that on my toast" and leave it on the shelf at the supermarket.

Lurpak on the other hand can be eaten by the spoonful from the tub.

Utterly Butterly is well good for polishing the silverware though. Much much better and proper cheaper than Brasso

I can't believe it's not butter is lush Blush. I mean, it doesn't taste like butter, but I've been known to eat it from the tub Blush. I'll leave now.....

Bin it, all attempts at butter are shite! Unless it's real butter, don't bother with it.

Yanbu

Dreadful stuff.

If it's not salted and out of a packet then I don't use it. I have a butter dish and everything.

Eww to anything masquerading as butter. Good butter I can eat in slices. Blush

Unsalted butter in this house.

YANBU. Vile stuff. In our house 'I can't believe it's not butter' is called 'I can't believe people would think this is butter'

I do quite like the flora buttery stuff in the gold tub. It doesn't taste the same as butter but it's quite nice. We also have real butter for toast and things but sometimes a butter substitute is required for the purpose of not ripping slices of soft bread to shreads.

I like utterly bitterly and I like ICBINB. But I can't get my head round that it's grey and has colouring added.

Proper butter is the way to go.

Here too. It doesn't even melt like a natural product. Awful stuff!

I Can't Believe It's Not Butter = double negative. Haven't been able to buy it since.

Misses point of thread.
