We've had bottle feeding, parent and child spaces, control crying, council houses. Whats next on the role call of Threads That Are Rehased Every Few Months?

mrssmith79 Fri 24-Jul-15 16:27:00

Have we had loo brushes and ear piercing lately?

happygirl87 Fri 24-Jul-15 16:27:13

How often people wash their towels and if they have a toilet brush grin

FayKorgasm Fri 24-Jul-15 16:28:54

Stick them on the rota for October because the school threads will be up and running soon.

Totality22 Fri 24-Jul-15 16:28:57

Any wedding or MIL one's on the first page? If not then we are due one or both

FayKorgasm Fri 24-Jul-15 16:31:26

In laws -check
Weddings a couple of weeks ago.

Have we had unreasonable neighbours kids and trampolines lately?

woowoo22 Fri 24-Jul-15 16:31:31

Something weird going on in a room/garage that never geta resolved.

wowfudge Fri 24-Jul-15 16:34:30

Is Aldi any good? Comes up every couple of months.

Love a good parking thread.

PtolemysNeedle Fri 24-Jul-15 16:35:27

I like the ones about reclining seats on planes and pre booking seats for parents to be able to sit with their children. There might be one of those coming soon as people come back from holidays.

The5DayChicken Fri 24-Jul-15 16:36:17

Not had an unreasonable car-pool colleague thread in a good while...

BaguetteMaid Fri 24-Jul-15 16:37:27

Hen do complaints, actually might have seen a couple of those recently too.

FayKorgasm Fri 24-Jul-15 16:38:46

Oh quite a few due to come up and Ptolemy a whole host of plane/airport unreasonableness.

Salmotrutta Fri 24-Jul-15 16:40:33

Frequency of showering?

Salmotrutta Fri 24-Jul-15 16:40:58

Oh and frequency of bed changing

siblingrevelryagain Fri 24-Jul-15 16:42:17

So let's just shut mumsnet down-if you are new and wanting advice or to vent then tough luck; you should have been here at the beginning, we've covered your particular topic in 2011 and God forbid we do it again.

Sorry, but this attitude pisses me off and smacks of playground bullying. Long-standing poster mocks the poor newbie with cries of mn bingo because the same topics come up again and again. Just rude. If you feel you've been there and done it then either stick to just the news section or don't bother reading what others are posting, lest you have to hear discussion about something relevant to them but not you.

Jelliebabe1 Fri 24-Jul-15 16:46:31

Oh dear! Someones grumpy!grin

Its Friday dear - get a glass of wine.

Salmotrutta Fri 24-Jul-15 16:47:48

See your schoolboy/girl error Fay was innit putting "Lighthearted" in the title...

TruJay Fri 24-Jul-15 16:47:55

I love a good council house thread, it's like a parallel universe on here. The envy/jealousy of council tenants baffles me. Growing up in a council house I only ever got judged and treated like something on someone's shoe so to see comments on the threads makes me do a hmm face.
Do people actually want to be in the circumstances necessary to be eligible for a council house confused

Salmotrutta Fri 24-Jul-15 16:48:24

was not - not "innit" grin

Shodan Fri 24-Jul-15 16:48:51

Well, we were due a 'Rehashing Old Threads Every Few Months' thread, but I see you've got that covered, so-o-o... about a MN Royalty/fawning thread?

Salmotrutta Fri 24-Jul-15 16:49:57

There was a Royalty thread just a day or two ago.

StillStayingClassySanDiego Fri 24-Jul-15 16:50:02

I don't think that was the gist of the OP, goady threads do reappear to provoke a reaction.

Op isn't digging at new posters, at least I don't think that's the case.

FruSirkaOla Fri 24-Jul-15 16:50:38

"Not had an unreasonable car-pool colleague thread in a good while..."

I think I saw a new one of those the other day!

StillStayingClassySanDiego Fri 24-Jul-15 16:51:32

Don't be a grump sibling .

Peace and love and all that smile

Andrewofgg Fri 24-Jul-15 17:01:07

Patience, everyone. In a few weeks it will be time for the Christmas-rota my-children-won't-see-me-on-CD people-without-children-should-do-the-CD-shifts threads.
