I'm getting to a point where I could start an enormous list of things people say to me or I have overheard that are just...wrong!

A customer (although didn't order anything) has just said:

"is this your first?" and touched/patted my stomach
I said "no, third"
He then said "golly you must enjoy early nights! But not for sleeping eh?" then laughed loudly and said to my boss "this one's husband has a buy time with this one" pointing at me.

My boss gave a polite/frightened smile.

How can anyone think that's a normal joke to say to a complete stranger?!

I told my company I was pregnant very early on and for the entire duration of my pregnancy one (female) colleague called me 'fatty'......every single time she saw me.
I wouldnt mind but I didn't show til 6 months and only put on 10 pound.....

I gave no polite smile and he sort of said 'oooh' like in a 'I've upset her way' then he said "cheerio". I never even said bye- too irritated.

I texted my friend and she said "haha omg what a weirdo but don't be such a prude!"

I'm not being a prude- it's the audacity of some people. grr.

When I was a teenager I worked in a shop. I had the usual spot problems teenagers get, but not acne or anything. One day I actually thought my skin was ok, when one customer came up to me and said in front of loads of customers "do you know you can get some special cream for all those spots?"

Had a friend at school who'd come up to me and say 'You've got a spot in your nose.'
Gee thanks, I needed someone to point that out. In public.
