Ok, ok, I probably Abu.
I was riding on my motorbike down a single track country lane, been down this road many many times. It was raining pretty hard and my visibility wasn't great so I was going fairly slow, maybe 20/25 mph.
Car approaches so I pull over to the left to try and pass it and apply the brakes in case I need to stop and allow it to pass. Unfortunately because it was raining and its a country road there was mud and gravel on the road and the bike slid out from under me. No one's fault, just an accident.
Person in car waits in the road while I (slowly) pick the bike up and get it out of the road. I then gesture that it was ok for her to pass me and she stuck her head out of the window and said she would have helped but she is disabled and couldn't. Fair enough. As she was moving off she said 'oh well, at least you didn't hit my car!' in a jokey way.
Aibu to think that this was maybe not the most sensitive thing to say to someone who has just crashed in front of you?
