Hi tomuch
I think people do reply and like the earlier poster said sometimes the boards are busier than at others. It can be hard to know what to say to someone who feels as desperate as you clearly have been over the last few weeks. This is maybe why people don't respond to these threads as easily as something less serious. After all if we get it wrong in a reply on a thread about a TV show it doesn't really matter. But you are a person with feelings who is a having a tough time so people are more wary of getting the advice wrong.
I honestly think when you are feeling as low as you are an Internet forum isn't going to be enough to help.
My advice to you for what it's worth is to see your GP and tell them how you feel-ask for a referral to a mental health team for an assessment. Your ADs need reviewing as they are not effective at the moment (there are lots of options to change to if something doesn't work).
The Samaritans are a great resource too so please use them. Your local area will also have an on call MH worker somewhere who takes calls out of hours (ask GP).
And you can always go to AandE as a last resort. You will get seen there although it will probably be a bit of a wait.
I'm really sorry you feel the way you do at the moment and please post for support but utilise other resources too. The more you try the more something is likely to work/help.Flowers

Hi OP, I did read your thread in mental health but I didn't think I had anything to say that would help you, I've not been in the places you have & I have no experience of it so I'm unlikely to be able to say anything that you would find useful. That's why I don't post in the MH topic, purely because I have nothing to offer any posters in there.

Hope you're feeling better this morning though Brew

I think for traffic chat is better - but experience / expertise better on this topic

Yes it is a case of people not knowing what to say most of the time. It sounds like you might need to change meds as your current ones aren't helping.

Have you had any counselling?

I've got addicted to AIBU for the interest factor - will try to check the MH forum more regularly but feel I should say something and don't know what to say.
