Otherwise YANBU.

Purplepixiedust Mon 04-May-15 08:06:41

Yanbu. I wish I'd got some! Enjoy

Minisoksmakehardwork Mon 04-May-15 08:16:52

Yanbu. I wish I had some. I've settled for a meringue and yoghurt instead.

OinkBalloon Mon 04-May-15 08:20:02

Of course not.

And if you don't have any cheesecake, a really good substitute is Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of peanut butter, a teaspoon of cocoa powder and a teaspoon of sugar all stirred well into it.

Thanks MNetters!

Slice of cheesecake has been demolished and i must admit that it was good.

There is a second slice in the fridge for DP, but as he kept kicking me all night (i may have been soring - my first decent nights sleep in months and now probably my last. DS due in 9 weeks) I think i deserve his slice too.... grin

Only if it consisted of all major food groups. Otherwise a MN crime has been committed.

However, on guessing the ingredients (apart from said chocolate, peanut butter and cheese) I'd say it's spot on dietary wise.

Guiltypleasures001 Mon 04-May-15 08:42:57

Is it homemade? Or shop bought if either recipe or shop please

Rainicorn Mon 04-May-15 08:44:09

What 2nd slice in the fridge? He must have eaten it...right?

Alwaysrushingaround Mon 04-May-15 08:45:32

YANBU at all
And you're eating for two so go ahead and have the second slice!

Bunbaker Mon 04-May-15 08:46:27

Yes. IMO peanuts and chocolate are nice, but not together.

chocolatelife Mon 04-May-15 08:48:21

dont forget your teeth <<put jealous dampener on situation>>

Ilovenannyplum Mon 04-May-15 08:57:08

Eat the other slice. I so would wink

LittleMiss77 Mon 04-May-15 08:58:14

Guilty - it was made by my mum... let me give her a call and get the recipe.

chocolatelife Mon 04-May-15 09:01:17

can you even eat peanut butter once baby is born if you are breast feeding? <<still jealous btw>>
so, go for it. <<grudgingly>>

Sansarya Mon 04-May-15 09:02:48

Has anyone tried that peanut butter powder? Apparently it's basically peanut butter with 80 per cent of the fat removed! Not tasted it yet but looks like it might be good in recipes.

DamsonInDistress Mon 04-May-15 09:03:57

The Cheats Cheesecake. You can thank me later :D

Put a good dollop of extra thick Greek yoghurt on to a ginger biscuit. Top with lemon curd for lemon cheesecake, raspberry jam etc for other flavours.

Eat more.

Eat lots more...

Yanbu, I've just made homemade coffee and almond cake.

Breakfast is the best time of day for cake and puddings.

Guiltypleasures001 Mon 04-May-15 10:38:51

What is a cool Whip? I imagined Angel Delight, but it comes in a tub so not. What is it?? How am I going to make it NOW if I don't know what it is?

WilsonWilsonWoman Mon 04-May-15 12:23:59

Cool Whip is sold in UK supermarkets as Dream Whip. It's a fake cream topping for desserts.
