I know this sounds mad, I'm the biggest cynic ever but on Tuesday I listened to the above after a friend at work sent me it
Couldn't even tell you what it said as fell asleep and woke up with the man counting me back
Didn't think anymore about, I thoughtIit was just a bit of a laugh.....
However since Tuesday I have lost five pounds and just don't feel like eating very much, had smaller amounts than I would usually have for dinner and couldn't even finish it!
The biggest think was doing food shop yesterday and bought no cakes or biscuits! !! Unheard of, I just felt like I had no desire for them
Aibu or could there be something to this

I did the Paul Mckenna one years ago and recently downloaded a phone app. They work but seem to wear off after a while. Its weird like I don't notice chocolate and find it difficult to eat if its offered. Should give that another listen.

Hypnosis definitely works to a degree but you have to be in the right frame of mind. So weight loss hypnosis will work if you are already wanting to lose weight, IMO. Same with smoking and phobias.

I've been meaning to try this for ages as my willpower and ability to say no can be shocking. Is it the Paul McKenna one you used and do you listen to it in bed with earphones?

It's not Paul makenna, don't know who it by, I just listened to it in my bed on my phone
I feel really hungry just now but don't want to eat, its the oddest thing!

I had the Paul McKenna one downloaded on my ipod and just listened before going to sleep. The recent one I downloaded an app on my phone after watching You're Back in The Room.

People with gastric bands still crave bad food, I think - they can only eat a tiny bit of cake, but just having a smaller stomach doesn't mean you don't want cake and biscuits.

I'm finding it not only works, but since I started I only want to eat healthy food. Only weightloss thing that worked for me.

I listened to the Paul mcKenna one and the next day I ate half a sandwich and had a tummy ache as I was so full! The power between the mind and the body is astonishing really. It did wear off after a few days, you have to keep listening to the cd for it to continue working I think.

I've just been out for lunch and had a chicken salad and a glass of water
Never in million years would I have had that before! I would have stuffed myself with junk
I'm going to listen to it weekly I think

My app is called weight loss hypnosis by Kym Tolson and it has a picture of an apple with a tape measure around it.

I use easyloss virtual gastric band, think it's £4.99 on iTunes, I've lost 2 stone since Christmas, without any of the usual feelings of deprivation, I'm eating healthier, drinking loads of water and it all feels so effortless, love it, I'm a total convert, keep listening and good luck x

I use the sleep hypno therapy app, works fantastically, in fact it's made me want to train and become a hypnotherapist.

I've used Marisa Peer's weight loss hypnotherapy downloads and they have had a really positive effect on my eating choices. I was a complete cynic too.

I'm on Day 4 of the Paul McKenna one and I am soooooo bored of it!! Can't find earphones so can't do in bed either. Doesn't seem to have had any effect yet, will the magic happen after Day 7?!

I am using Jon Gabriels method which is similar to above - listen to his meditation about 3 times a week. my tastes have changed considerably and am losing weight slowly. Hardly eating anything sweet and managing to cut out carbs and wine without depriving myself as I don't even want them.

I am a trained hypnotherapist.

If I thought I could help someone to lose weight and earn £300 in the process I would brush up on my skills.
