I have just come across something about freebleeding. Women who do not use any san pro, and just let it all come out over themselves and their clothes, and any other thing they come in contact with. I personally find this disgusting, and unhygienic, as well as the risk of disease.

Ironically, all over the world there are women who have to "free bleed". Because they have no access to sanpro. I bet they feel really liberated . And these are the same women most subjugated by their patriarchal societies. Girls who miss their education after menarche, who grow up to be women with no apparent value beyond procreation. Who probably couldn't use a tampon if they got hold of one due to FGM and their societies' view on virginity.
