My DD used to love cheese sandwiches. But she loved an occasional bit of variety so sometimes instead of grated cheese she would ask for cutted cheese!

My son used to ask us to put the 'dark on' at bed time, not the light off. Love the funny things kids do with word!

My 6 year old DD still says upfused instead of confused. Obv. we're hardly going to correct such an adorable upfusion.

DD is nearly 7 and says 'cutted'

My mum once told my brother that he'd hurt her feelings so he climbed onto her lap and started stroking her earlobes. When asked what he was doing he said, "fixing your feelings".

He also called horses "snuffies", after Snuffy from Sesame Street. We still call them that and he's 18 now

DD who is 10 told me in confidence that her friend at school has weekly appointments with the Psychopath

DS2 (7) told me it 'snew' (snowed) in the night and he woke up and saw it :)

Only when I was thinking how to spell it did I realise that it's similar to grow/grew.

DS asked for his pear to be 'cut up' this week, and I started laughing at the thought that he could have said 'cutted up'. DH and I say it to each other, just because of that thread.
