I have always been a wensleydale and mature cheddar girl in the past but was bought a naice cheese board for christmas and thought I'd give them a go. Oh my god - they are delicious especially the blue stilton and the brie! What other cheeses should I try to continue my cheesey education?!!

cheddar or the 5 slice layer cheese from the Tesco cheese counter

Blacksticks and Garstang Blue are both lovely stinky cheeses, local to the northwest. Delicious.

Stop it you beasts! Stop it! This is torture! I've just been told by my GP that my vestibular migraines (extreme vertigo) are probably triggered by...stinky cheeses!! And...chocolate!! And they're my two favourite things of all time.

Also Tomme de Savoie - not particularly stinky but so, so flavourful.

If you're in or near London go to the Neals Yard Dairy in Borough Market and try amazing stinky cheeses. My favourite is St Judes
