...some other nugget of fabulous information to offset the extra cost it will now be to only use fever tree tonic water with my g&ts from now on. ...and there will be many. It's your fault. Without you I would not know any different to my normal sainsburys own tonic water.

Curses. Now I fancy a G&T.

I have Bombay Sapphire, and Morrison's Signature Exotic Spiced Tonic (ginger, black pepper, lime).

I shall report back.

MrsH, do you have Fever Tree? It's like a whole new world. Smitten, I am.

Oh bollocks. I going to have to go out and buy some tomorrow now. Is it spendy?

It's on offer in Sainsburys, I was just looking and my hand slipped and a whole load of it slipped in.

Ok well this stuff is yucky not doing the job, so there's that theory up the Swannee.

Fever Tree, you say? Does it come in big bottles, little bottles or little tins? I drink very infrequently (never more than one small one in a day, go months between drinks usually) so I can invest but only in individual portions.

OP have you considered shopping at Aldi?

Ooh, I'm off to pour myself a G&T now you've all put the idea in my head. No Fevertree here though unfortunately, just Schweppes.

That's lucky as that's just where I plan to pop into tomorrow Grin DH won't be happy. He bought me a soda stream christmas 2013 to try and save money (bleurgh!)

Serves him right - I asked for gym membership.

I almost hate to mention it, but... I have a G&T Lemon Drizzle Cake recipe. And it's lush.

Recipe is on laptop and I am not. Long story short: make the drizzle with three or four good shots of gin and a splash of tonic as well as lemon juice.
