My personal favourite is Chrimbo Limbo.

MyGast is right.

I've even seen it on an out of office - during the Twixmas period please contact xxx.

You can even go on a twixmas break.

GlitzAndGigglesx Mon 29-Dec-14 19:41:41

I thought it was a Twix chocolate ad blush

merlehaggard Mon 29-Dec-14 19:48:02

Yeah, I definitely couldn't eat a twixmas. Think I've already eaten my own body weight in chocolate and cake this Christmas as it is.

I really like crimbo Limbo, but never heard of either.

CuttingOutTheCrap Mon 29-Dec-14 21:15:50

I thought it was a chocolate advert too!

Bulbasaur Mon 29-Dec-14 21:27:25

What does twixmas even mean??

JemimaMuddledUp Mon 29-Dec-14 21:28:50

I've just come back from a Twixmas short break. It was quite cheap, as the hotel needed to fill rooms in that annoying lull between Christmas parties and NYE. So YABU as Twixmas meant a cheap relaxing break with DH and the DC to get over having spent Christmas with both sets of parents.

YANBU to think it is a pretty annoying marketing term though. And it does make me think of Selection Boxes.

Never heard it, so on that basis YABU as it can't be that annoyingly prevalent.
