I cant be arsed writing Christmas cards this year

I've always written them but this year I just cant be bothered

I miss my mum, she died 2 years ago and this time of year is awful

should I stop worrying about the cards and just forget them this year?

I'm not doing Christmas cards this year. Dc3 is 5 weeks old, I don't have the time, energy or head space to even think about them.

Cut yourself some slack and sod the cards. Do something nice for yourself with the time you would have spent writing them.

I've only written one.

I really can't be arsed.

With text, email, phone and facebook I'm not sure it's really necessary any more.

Maybe if you have an older relative/friend who you don't see and they'd be chuffed to get one then write one for them but otherwise I really wouldn't worry.
