DH, DD (10 Months) and I all have a cold. DH is working from home as is common practice where he works if ill but able to work.
I was grateful that it meant an extra hour in bed for me as he looked after baby during the time he would usually be travelling to work but since then he's just been getting on my nerves.
As he has chosen to sit in the living room (as it's cosier than the office) DD can't actually play in there as she keeps just going straight up to him and pulling on his laptop cables etc. So I took her out for a couple of hours before lunch. He took his lunch break while we were out! So as soon as we get back DD then can't even play for half an hour as he's 'back at work'.
Baby is now napping so I made myself some lunch and sat down for 2 mins. I turned the tv on and asked him to either turn the radio on his laptop off or put headphones in. He asked what i was watching and when I said that i didn't know yet he said it's unfair!
I'm now sulking upstairs. Was that an unfair thing to ask?

My DP does this. Drives me insane. He has an office upstairs and usually works from home on a Friday. He has recently decided he wants to sit in either the dining room or lounge...and moan about DD and DS. Tough! I don't know why they have to be deliberately awkward. Don't worry about it!

He had moved and apologised when i came down so obviously realised the error of his ways or reads mumsnet
