Some random things I've just realised make my life easier.

Book people (and prob other sites I've not found) put age range of books. I noticed it on the back of fiction books on a book shop the other day. Great when buying gifts!

Websites that accept PayPal.

Just realised I can use the click and collect drive through at asda for direct orders as its not just for groceries. Means I don't have to queue to get into ASDA which I avoid for the summer tourist season as its carnage!

Frozen veg, especially ready chopped onions and mashed potato.

The slow cooker.

The dishwasher.

iPads for the convenience of having a whole swathe of books/films that I can read/watch anywhere.

So thankful someone had confessed to frozen mash. Me too!

DP - not liking the fact that we are poorer, as he's currently out of work, but love the fact that he now does all of the cleaning and a lot of the cooking!

Online grocery shopping.

Yes to frozen vege - especially those little microwave steam packs of mixed vege.

Ready rolled pastry sheets.

Online calendar at work, that reminds me of what I should be doing and when.

A good nights sleep. I'm invincible if I've had 8 hours.

Online Ocado.

Sunshine! Seems to make everything easy.

Yy to the dishwasher

Recognising the moment I have to stop stressing and just go with the flow. Things are as easy as you want them to be.

Not bathing the kids every night. And never fighting battles with them which don't matter, like mismatched shoes on the wrong feet etc

Ditto online shopping
ditto dishwasher
Love my ice maker on the freezer, especially on days like today or when nothing else will sooth a graze/bump.
Also, perhaps weirdly, no drain tuna. I always get it with sunflower oil and absolutely hate having to squish the oil out, then get it off my hands grin

Daycare. Routines for morning and evening. Baby sign language. Slow cooker. Parks with slides and swings, especially the parks which are fully fenced. Friends with children of a similar age. and online shopping for as much as possible. Balloons in the supermarket (to occupy kids on the way around...they are then left at the checkout). Bubbles. Breastfeeding to calm tempers. The list goes on...
