tax credits renewal pack?

Hi just wondering i am due my renewal pack and i have not recieved it yet, according to hm revanue and customs they were sent out 31st may so surly they should have arrived by now. I keep phoning them and they keep telling me to wait few more days and blaming the post, im worried thay may have landed in the wromg hands. Does anyone else have this problem?

Nor mine. The website says you have to contact them if not received by 30th June. Maybe they come out in batches?

I have two friends who've received them and both their surnames start with a B. Mine starts with a W, so perhaps it's alphabetical?!

Have you moved house this year op and not updated your address? I once moved close to the date they send them out and it went to my old address, they just sent a new one to my new address. I'd have expected to arrive within a week of it being sent really.

I got mine in April I think and my surname is early alphabet!!

Hang on, have you actually phoned and been told yours was sent on the 31st or have you just read it on a website? It may be that they start sending them in batches from the 31st May.

Google tells me they are sent out between 19th April and 28th June.

I read that you should receive them between April 17th and June 30th and to call if you haven't got it after that date.
Every year I get mine in April/early May and send it off the following morning (consider we have up to date P60) but this year there is still no sign of it yet!
I am a late alphabet surname also if that is the case??
I am starting to worry about it though

I'm a 'C ' and still not had mine. Phoned tax helpline last Monday and it hadn't been sent out at that point.

Mine arrived on Monday. I normally get it at the end of April/early May. Still has to be returned by 31st July, I notice, or else they'll kill me and eat my children or something.

i heard the advert on the radio "make sure u renew straight away or your payments will stop!" I thought, i need my form first!
I just hope it hasn't gone to a neighbour or something and it is just one of the later ones sent out. Its more annoying because we don't get our post until very late afternoon

I'm nearer to the end of the alphabet and got ours almost a month ago.

I've not got mine yet. Plus I work for the government (different dept though) and we got a message on our intranet saying not to worry if you haven't received yours, only if it gets to the end of June and it hasn't arrived.

Also said Mondays and Fridays are their busiest days, so if you are trying to ring and can't get through avoid then.

I'm an exactly middle alphabet surname and got mine about a month ago,and sent it back a fortnight ago.Hope that helps?

I rang them and they told me it was on its way in the post, that was nearly 2 n half weeks ago. Im worried it has been delivered to the wrong address by the postie and tax credit ppl keep saying there may be a delay in the post, this dont help me at all and i feel like their fobbing me off ??

It's not alphabetical, the only existing helpful tax credits helpline man told me it's random, based on their systems.

My first pack got 'lost' (which is slightly concerning as they contain a lot of personal information) in the post, second arrived 3 days after they redispatched.. If you phone and they say it was sent on X day, then ask for the date you will have to call to request another, it will tell them on their screens and then at least you know when to call them back to get something useful happening!

Mine didnt arrive either. I rang and they sent me another and I renewed online. So much easier than ringing them up!

I haven't had mine yet but my tax credits have gone down already by £22 per week. I have no clue why.

I haven't had mine yet either and my surname is close to the start of the alphabet. I usually get it in April, before my employer gives out the P60's. this year, nothing. I rang them in April though to inform them I'd had a pay rise, so maybe that's put a spanner in the works. I'll give them until end of June then ring in.
