or shall I just sleep on the floor?

HowsTheSerenity Tue 03-Jun-14 23:23:01

Surely you know the cats take priority. You should know your place.

NumTumDeDum Tue 03-Jun-14 23:24:40

Yabu, it's their house, you may sleep in it but you'll neex to fit round them.grin

Joysmum Tue 03-Jun-14 23:24:50

Open a tin of food or rattle the biscuits to tempt them to the kitchen then race back to bed before the little sods get there.

AbbeyBartlet Tue 03-Jun-14 23:25:31

YABvvvvU if you move them! Sleep on the floor - I'm sure they will let you! grin

AbbeyBartlet Tue 03-Jun-14 23:26:26

Joysmum I am SO glad I am not the only one who does this! grin

ok, floor it is then..... I might ask very very nicely if I could have my pillow in exchange for some delicious tasty cat treats!

PigletJohn Tue 03-Jun-14 23:31:11

Don't ask. Lift them out of the way. They can fit in round you.

HeyBungalowBill Tue 03-Jun-14 23:33:46

YABVU wink

PinklePurr Tue 03-Jun-14 23:34:42

You want your pillow?

You selfish cow! Depriving your cats of the opportunity to use a pillow should they so wish to?

You should be ashamed of yourself.

MrsMikeDelfino Tue 03-Jun-14 23:35:43

Just put it on the floor. It's got it's own bed. Just like you have.

PinklePurr Tue 03-Jun-14 23:36:03

You must still give them the treats though.

AbbeyBartlet Tue 03-Jun-14 23:53:41

Don't deprive the poor little souls of the pillow shock

You have a duty to cater to every whim of your feline overlords! grin

AbbeyBartlet Tue 03-Jun-14 23:54:10

And YY to still giving the treats!

ICanSeeTheSun Tue 03-Jun-14 23:56:02

The cats own you, once you accept that you will be happy.

WorraLiberty Tue 03-Jun-14 23:57:19

Sorry OP, the answer's still the same....

MyBaby1day Wed 04-Jun-14 02:42:58

No way-it's their bed!! grin

goodasitgets Wed 04-Jun-14 02:51:11

YABU. You need to understand the hierarchy. The bed belongs to the cats, not you wink

I spent last night inching away from the cat who followed me across the bed (he likes to play big spoon) confused
Ended up on the edge of the bed while he took up an entire super king size

drspouse Wed 04-Jun-14 02:57:03

Dogs have owners. Cats have servants. Know your place.

sashh Wed 04-Jun-14 06:05:57

My cat has graciously allowed me to sleep in my own bed as long as she is asleep on top of me, could you try that?

<don't flame me>

madasa Wed 04-Jun-14 07:25:06

Who he hell do you think you are.....wanting to sleep in your own bed!!
How very entitled

Bunbaker Wed 04-Jun-14 07:26:51

A cat stole my sunbed while on holiday so I had to get another one grin

cozietoesie Wed 04-Jun-14 08:09:58

I keep trying to buy bigger beds but I still end up perched on 6 inches on one side of them. I've given up now.
