DH has arranged a huge family BBQ at ours today and I've woken with a migraine.

We have loads to do, people are turning up from 1pm and DH is sat on his arse at the computer watching ray mears on catch up.

Can you get Imigran recovery? Or send someone out for it? Might be the stress of knowing you've got all the prep to do. I can't sleep migraine off as the pain wakes me and makes it impossible to sleep. Imigran (sumatriptan) works every time though.

Look after yourself - Imigran or any other triptan is a good idea if you have any.
