Isn't dodgy shellfish a no-no for over 1s too?

much too salty!

I bet he'll absolutely love it!! When my son was around that age I made pasta with a tomatoey sauce containing anchovies, chillis, black olives (a bit like a Putanesca) (sp?) thinking he would hate it and spit it out. He INHALED it, couldn't get enough of it. It is still his favourite pasta to this day, many years later!!

Your little one will really enjoy it, I'm certain!! (Fingers crossed - all you can do is try) smile

My kids are eating fishcakes for dinner. Not as posh as scallops and chorizo though.

I only buy in things I like Giles! That way I'm sure of a good dinner....3 years of living out of Iceland due to no cash took it's toll!

Why isn't he having a Gregg's pasty?

My three all love it... especially with rocket and parmesan mixed through!

Wherediparkmybroom Wed 23-Apr-14 18:01:53

Whilst breastfeeding, I ate a lot of courgettes - Oh My Goodness!!! The nappies I got from that. Yeuch isn't the word!!

Healthy, though!

Just saw your son ate your meal, Wherediparkmybroom - most excellent!! grin

Wherediparkmybroom Wed 23-Apr-14 18:03:05

Didn't think of Parmesan, I just put a touch of cream through for a sauce, plus that was all I had in the fridge, left over from Mondays pudding

Gileswithachainsaw Wed 23-Apr-14 18:04:03

Pomegranate nappies are interesting too grin

My only concern would be shellfish allergy.

Wherediparkmybroom Wed 23-Apr-14 18:04:30

I'll go to Gregg's and get sausage rolls for tomorrow, just so they turn out balanced, I promise

Love my lovely local market and the new fish stall!

Wherediparkmybroom Wed 23-Apr-14 18:07:54

I hade a bad mussel once, I won't touch green lipped to this day

MiaowTheCat Wed 23-Apr-14 18:08:05

Both of mine would probably love it - I wouldn't eat it cos I don't like seafood at all but they'd wolf it down.

Wherediparkmybroom Wed 23-Apr-14 18:09:22

See the 7yo loves crab!!!!!would eat it all day every day.....
That and local prawn

JeanSeberg Wed 23-Apr-14 18:09:36

You are doubly unreasonable if you ate together as a family.

At a table.

kippersmum Wed 23-Apr-14 18:10:15
