I had somehow got it in my head thay gilain mckeith was the woman who does the 30 day shred, I had allways wondered why everyone on her was doing a workout by a poo obsessed lady. I thought it was a bit weird she had gone into the excerise dvd world as she isnt really a fitness idol. I may give it a go now!

Would you have to examine your poo after the workout though?

I feel like I've had one of those moments were you start to question everything you ever thought

And did you check the cracks in your tongue to see if you were alive or dead every morning?

I'd almost forgotten about her. I worked in the community promoting healthy living and had to buy her bloody book so I could work out what people were talking about. Green this, blue that, stand up, sit down, poo, lick, move on.

Stupid con artist of a woman.

Ah, you're thinking of the 30 day shit. You collect a month's worth of poo, weigh it and you'll be amazed at how much weight you've lost.

Actually do go for the shred - tis awesome. You'll want Natalie's body (one of her exercise minions).

If it was Gillian McKeith, I'd have to phone it in.

I don't get the meaning behind 'phone it in'?? I hear her say it but I don't understand

Joules I think she means actually do it i.e. turn up in person rather than phone in - make more effort? That's how I interpret it, it does make me chuckle when she says it and then j get DDs yelling "don't phone it in mum"!

It means to do a half-hearted job.

Or for Gillian McKeith, a half-hearted jobbie.
