There just seems to be a few on the go...that is all.

AnyFucker Sat 22-Mar-14 22:59:30

Yes. Lots of "what do you call it", "do you wash it" etc

I was under the impression this was a site for grown ups. I am quite comfortable with my genitals and have been since about the age of 13. Does it take some women longer to stop yapping about about 30 years or summat ? confused

usualsuspectt Sat 22-Mar-14 23:02:22

I just want to post TMI! on all of them.

DramaAlpaca Sat 22-Mar-14 23:03:10

Yes I've noticed too. It's a bit hmm isn't it?

Only1scoop Sat 22-Mar-14 23:03:13

You say "Fanjita and I say Fanjango"

andsmile Sat 22-Mar-14 23:05:24

well yes like I said hmm not in a prudish way just because there is a few.

AnyFucker Sat 22-Mar-14 23:07:51

It makes you think

1) there are a lot of repressed and silly women on this site who titter about genitals like they are still at primary school

2) there are some hairy handed blokes having a good hand shandy while they goad daft mares into talking about their pissflaps

Am not sure which is worse

I often want to type grow the fuck up

NurseyWursey Sat 22-Mar-14 23:08:31

I wasn't aware women can't talk about parts of their own bodies, and share stories that they necessarily wouldn't in real life.

It's a vagina. Nothing wrong with talking about it.

Only1scoop Sat 22-Mar-14 23:09:20

AF ....most likely number 2 I reckonconfused

AnyFucker Sat 22-Mar-14 23:10:01

you could be right, scoop smile

andsmile Sat 22-Mar-14 23:12:31

Nursey You missing the point, its not that people are/do talk about hteir own bodies its the number of threads that have appeared at the same time.

Cuxibamba Sat 22-Mar-14 23:13:40

I know. I'm not bothered about them, and haven't been for decades. I don't know anyone who could care less about what they are called, and some of them are way too tmi for me.

DramaAlpaca Sat 22-Mar-14 23:14:04

I've been thinking Number 2, which is why I don't post on those threads.

But then I'm a cynical old thing.

usualsuspectt Sat 22-Mar-14 23:14:36

MN is not a secret private space.

I'm sure some posters think that no one else except Mnetters can read MN.

HighlanderMam Sat 22-Mar-14 23:16:02

I noticed there was a couple about. One about the waxer cleaning op's vag, op didn't know her own anatomy.

Then another about cleaning with a flannel before sex. <baffled>

Lillavilla Sat 22-Mar-14 23:17:00

Yanbu. Enough already with that vulva/vagina/minni/fanny and feck knows what else business hmm. Call it what ya want fgs.

Finola1step Sat 22-Mar-14 23:19:06

Yep, I'm part if the cynical crowd too.

I avoid posting on such threads. Some posters give way too much info on them without realising that any old Tom, Dick or Harry is probably reading their posts and enjoying every word.

AnyFucker Sat 22-Mar-14 23:21:22

I don't talk about my genitals ad nauseum and don't understand other grown women who do

7Days Sat 22-Mar-14 23:21:33

Yes there are always the few who want to share.

i wonder is it a case of the Am I Normals

usualsuspectt Sat 22-Mar-14 23:24:45

No I don't talk about mine. Not in RL and certainly not on the internet.

Grown women who tell their kids to be careful about what they post on the internet, but seem quite happy to tell all and sundry about their flaps.

andsmile Sat 22-Mar-14 23:28:31

Ahh but I genuinely dont think it wrong to chat about something or post in health say if someone not sure. I mean there have been some classics - the vagina in the shed and the sootikins threads.....

Anyway I'll stick to my own particulars thanks

andsmile Sat 22-Mar-14 23:29:10

flaps <sniggers> sorry

AnyFucker Sat 22-Mar-14 23:31:02

A genuine health condition query is one thing, and of course not a problem

but threads purely to talk about washing your genitals, what do you call your genitals, what do your children call their genitals, have they seen your genitals ad nauseum .....just why ?

rabbitlady Sat 22-Mar-14 23:34:04

it could be that when someone sees a thread about genitals, it prompts them to ask a question of their own that they've previously kept quiet about.
