Ordered brown biker boots from branch 309.

They sent black.

Now I have to trek to the post office and send them back recorded before they will refund.

For a mistake that was theirs Hmm

I have sent photographic proof of the boots so they know i'm not taking the piss and just changed my mind on the order or whatever.

I am pissed off.

I just want the brown boots that I ordered ffs.

Yanbu! Will they not give you a freepost address? Why not ring and tell them it's unacceptable and ask they send you a prepaid postage label?

If it's their mistake, they will reimburse your postage costs when they recieve the boots (so says their delivery note, I haven't returned anything to them)

I would have asked for a freepost label or even courier pick up in your shoes - did you ask them? They are obliged to refund postage, so you should get it back when they process the refund - are they actually refusing to do so?

(PS Sorry about the shoes pun!)

Yeah they will refund postage.

Presumably not the diesel, parking and time that it will cost to bloody return them.

And recorded will be about a million quid.

They only send courier with deliveries not pick up.

Lol at shoe pun.

I wouldn't be arsed if it was my mistake but they sent the wrong item.

It's annoying isn't it. I had a similar problem with an eBay seller. The seller sent the wrong item, and insisted I returned it (at my own expense) before they'd send the correct item. I said they should pay the return postage, they refused, so I opened a dispute with them. And guess what, eBay found in their favour, and even deleted the negative feedback I'd left about them!
