So glad to see I'm not the only punctuation pedant with a DH who is far too liberal with apostrophes when it comes to plurals. He's not allowed to help the children with their literacy homework as they have passed the (very low) punctuation and spelling bar he has set - they're 8 years old.
And don't get me started of "could of"
