I'm hungry and craving junk food. I'm PMSing and I have a cold and a dissertation to write. <woe is me> wink
I'm in my PJs and it would be so great if they could deliver so I don't have to move too far from my cosy sofa surrounded by books, a snuggly dog and a massive fluffy blanket.

YANBU. I have a sprained ankle and McDonalds delivered to my door is just what I need grin

blahblahblah2014 Wed 26-Feb-14 12:20:42

They'd make a mint too!

Felix90 Wed 26-Feb-14 12:21:49

I live in Leeds and there's a company here who will collect and deliver McDonalds, KFC, Nandos etc. They make an absolute killing!

I think there's a lady who has set up doing just this. More people should do it, what a great business idea!

CrapBag Wed 26-Feb-14 12:23:30

YABU wink. Because I would eat it all the time if they delivered. grin

I love McDonalds and always ask DH why they don't deliver.

In the paper the other week, there is a bloke who locally delivers McDonalds to people. The restaurant weren't happy with this and made him stop until people complained and he is allowed to deliver again. Can't remember where it was though.

hmmm, I was just thinking I wish Gaviscon delivered <pregnant>

SissySpacekAteMyHamster Wed 26-Feb-14 12:25:27

They do deliver over here in ME

TheDoctorsNewKidneys Wed 26-Feb-14 12:25:48

They do deliver in some places - Malaysia and India ring a bell.

And like a PP said, there are companies that will deliver McDonald's/KFC etc. They go pick up your order and you basically pay for your food plus an additional service charge.

Unfortunately it's not near me sad

poppeb Wed 26-Feb-14 12:30:54

i used to work in kfc and people would ring to order then send a taxi to come and get it!

candycoatedwaterdrops Wed 26-Feb-14 12:34:56

They don't deliver in my area but I am considering the taxi option.....grin
Oh god, that's just too lazy isn't it? It's only 0.5 miles (I just checked) and it will do me good to get some fresh air. I could wear a long coat!

NoodleOodle Wed 26-Feb-14 12:39:35

I thought about setting up a business delivering McD and things like bread, milk, and fags. But, I couldn't be bothered... lol

Beavie Wed 26-Feb-14 12:41:31

Problem is, it's normally stone cold by the time you have walked from the counter to your table. Imagine if it had to go on a road trip before you ate it!

Songbird Wed 26-Feb-14 12:42:49

Yes Noodle, DH and I have 'talked' about doing this. Defo include condoms on the list!

Stars66 Wed 26-Feb-14 12:42:56

I'm having a rubbish morning at work... Have just gone to the drive through and am sitting in car hiding from work enjoying Big Mac, strawberry milkshake and an apple pie!!smileshock

YANBU - Do Want!

LoopyDoopyDoo Wed 26-Feb-14 12:45:09

Everything delivers here (Malaysia). McDs, alcohol, all the restaurants, the local shop.

NeonMuffin Wed 26-Feb-14 12:46:14

They do deliver in other countries, just not the UK. There are many online petitions to try and get them to to do it over here, but apparently the reason is they can't guarantee the good would be hot and fresh when it arrived.

KellyElly Wed 26-Feb-14 12:46:22

If they did I'd weigh about 20 stone grin

Crowler Wed 26-Feb-14 12:47:33

When we lived in NYC they delivered. I have personally verified the service.

JackShit Wed 26-Feb-14 12:47:43

YABU. It's grimmer than grim.

Skivvywoman Wed 26-Feb-14 13:11:04

In Egypt they do and KFC hmm

candycoatedwaterdrops Wed 26-Feb-14 13:38:28

I ventured out into the big brave world and have a big mac with fries and a munchies mcflurry. I am happy.

Slebmum Wed 26-Feb-14 13:41:08

I used to live in the middle east and they did deliver. AMAZING.

Sorry, that doesn't help you!

CaoNiMa Wed 26-Feb-14 13:53:53

I live in Shanghai and McDonalds do delivery here! Likewise KFC. But not Burger King, oddly enough.
