to mean brilliant, call sick as in regurgitated food.
They say that they've thrown up.Or vomited. To be fair, though, they could use sick for both. "That was sick" is pretty distinguishable from "I've been sick."
Vomit, puke or just...sick. Words can have different meanings depending on context.
It seems many of our youth have a good grasp of the use of homonyms.

what do people who use the word mean in relation to the definition of words, call mean as in thrifty or mean as in average????????????????????
