it's in his selection box and I REALLY fancy it. He prefers chomps so it's not that unreasonable, surely?!

I don't like chocolate. And I don't steal from my children.

How old is he?
I hope you are prepared for the mother and father of all temper tantrums when he finds it gone if he's under eight

~ should read " I don't steal"

Ha ha stealing!? Replace it tomorrow.

Well Nutella, he's only 2. So he hasn't really got much concept of how much or what is in the box. Does that make it any better??

OP I don't know how you can live with yourself really I don't. You greedy greedy thief. (I would eat everything in selection box and pretend it never existed ;) )

oooh very...tempting solution but I fear I'd eat that too and start a vicious and potentially weighty circle.

My son would cry if someone ate his CurlyWurly or his chocolate buttons.

But he's 4.

Of course YANBU. It's a classic case if "you snooze, you lose." Right?

Oh I wouldn't do it if I knew it would make him cry. I think I'm tempted cos I know he's young and won't notice. And I'm greedy, as Bohemian kindly pointed out.

I just stole saved ds from some marauding smarties.

He's 13 months and my first. I'm testing the theory that if he doesn't know what sweets are, he can't whine and throw tantrums about them at checkouts. I will probably be proven spectacularly wrong, but until then all chocolate belongs to me

Yabvvvvvvvvvvu x1 trillion. You naughty thief you Grin. You are doing him a favour, chocolate is not good for toddlers, especially chewy ones like curly whirly

Grin Casper

Purple-like it. It's worth a try!

I've actually got a 2month old ds too, so when ds1 gets wise to the wandering curlywurlies, I can target his instead. Although that's not the main reason we had him.

My ds ( nearly 8) gives me all chocolate bars that have nuts in as he doesn't like nuts.
It's amazing how many bars have nuts in them... crunchies mainly! Grin
