He's ended up taking some to play with in the changing rooms at swimming. Made a change from peepo in the lockers.

His regular is his Donkey. Donkey is with me tonight as he was confiscated as DS repeatedly refused to settle. (Didn't seem fair to deprive donkey of his hugs for the night)

DD1 is relatively normal, she has teddies

DD2 on the other hand...this morning she came for a cuddle, and after when I was sorting her bed we discovered under her cover:

1x elc saucepan
All of the talking Toy Story characters
Winnie The Pooh encyclopedia
4x pants (clean)
1x onesie
Her blankie

Min have taken all sorts to bed but the most memorable was ds1 - he was about 2 and had got out of bed to go and get one of my shoes... we went up to check on him and he was fast asleep holding my shoe very tightly!! I have a (very blurred as it was dark) picture somewhere! grin

DD raided the laundry basket, once when she was about 12 months, and refused to be parted from one of DH's smelly socks! She growled when I tried to take it, so she ended up with it in bed. Finally got it off her when she fell asleep.

She's 4 now and her bedtime "cuddlies" have included a large matchbox car, a plastic hairband, an acorn from the playground at school, a large flat stone, and a pair of sparkly play shoes.
As well as Pink Cat, White Bunny, Dolly and Teddy.

I was going to be so strict about bedtime toys... <sigh!>

DT2 took a tin of meatballs to bed with him every day on holiday and it stayed about his person for the whole week smile

Ds1 age 3 goes to bed with empty infacol bottles - one for each hand and whichever toy is his favourite that day hmm

DS1: Toy catalogues or an Ikea catalogue...
DS2: One dummy in each hand and one in his mouth.

A friend's DS could not be separated from his Mum's black lace and silk sexy nightie. A little embarassing smile

My older son has gotten attached to the little foam Alphablocks that were free with the Alphablocks magazine. He has about a billion of them because they keep giving them away with the magazine. He likes to spread them out all across his bed and sleep in a ball in the tiny space remaining. He inevitably rolls on them in his sleep and they get stuck all over him.

I did try to tidy them up once and he went nuts so now they only get picked up once a week when I change his sheets.

My younger son has a dummy and taggie blanket, so he is normal for now.

DB used to take a pair of jeans.

DS has a small digger, a lantern and at the moment a Claas tractor catalogue. Yesterday it was a Kramer loader catalogue.
