Perhaps 1987, when this book was first published, was a more innocent age. I have put photos of the book on my profile. I was a bit shock when I saw the cover and then it got worse. Am I just be thinking too much into this?

What book is it? Your profile needs to be made public.

ghayes Sun 16-Jun-13 13:52:32

BackforGood Sun 16-Jun-13 13:52:43

You need to make your photos public

helenthemadex Sun 16-Jun-13 13:55:20

what is the book called

Tee2072 Sun 16-Jun-13 13:56:29

I think you're overreacting. It's about a hole in the ground, yes?

OwlinaTree Sun 16-Jun-13 13:57:54

I think you are over thinking!!

DramaAlpaca Sun 16-Jun-13 13:59:21

Definitely over thinking.

Bimblepops Sun 16-Jun-13 14:00:00's just a hole in the ground. Really nothing more to think about here.

lightrain Sun 16-Jun-13 14:00:04

Think yabu - sorry. It's just about a hole.

cogitosum Sun 16-Jun-13 14:00:08

"He had a big brown rabbit in his big brown hole"

GoldiChops Sun 16-Jun-13 14:01:19

Haha it's amazing, only someone with a dirty mind would think that was innuendo. Like me! If my 5yo charge bought that home no way I could read it with her without giggling. But then I am clearly filthy-minded!

LuckyLuckyMe Sun 16-Jun-13 14:02:00

It's a funny little book isn't it? A 5yr old is not going to link it to anything untoward though is he?

MalcolmTuckersMum Sun 16-Jun-13 14:02:29

Seriously? Or have you made an early start on the sherry and are not seeing things very clearly?

squeakytoy Sun 16-Jun-13 14:03:05

A five year old would see it as it is... only an adult with a smutty mind would over think it.. grin

Nagoo Sun 16-Jun-13 14:04:05

You are clearly depraved grin

LegArmpits Sun 16-Jun-13 14:04:32

I want this book.

McNewPants2013 Sun 16-Jun-13 14:04:37

It's not the text it's the mind that it goes in.

WeAreEternal Sun 16-Jun-13 14:04:45

I had to laugh.
The king had a big brown rabbit in his big brown hole.

I think it may just be that I have a filthy mind though.

OutragedFromLeeds Sun 16-Jun-13 14:07:13

grin ha ha ha

Years ago DD brought home one of the Magic Key type books with no words, where they are supposed to look at the pictures and tell you what's going on.

The child in the book was just starting nursery and played with giant alphabet building blocks. The picture showed the blocks stacked up to form the word H-E-P-A-T-I-T-I-S.

The teacher said it was a coincidence hmm.

Actually, I found the same one here

GilmoursPillow Sun 16-Jun-13 14:08:29

And with a link that works...
