Usually I am the one that friends come to for advice, usually I would say (regardless of gender) if the other person is being a prick then call them a prick..... no sliding scale. Since MN if they are being a cunt I say it?
Some, shall we call them beneficiaries of my advice are shocked, have I become immune to the word or is it still shocking?

I'm always on Mumsnet and have been for a couple of years in various guises. Can honestly say I've never felt the need to use that word. It's vile.
