Collin Brewer re-elected

HollyBerryBush Fri 03-May-13 22:28:52

I've never heard of Wadebridge or Colin Brewer but if you feel you must boycott a whole town because of one person, then feel fee to do so

ExitPursuedByABear Fri 03-May-13 22:30:00

Do you go there often?

HoHoHoNoYouDont Fri 03-May-13 22:35:19

He's not fit to represent the public with views like that. He's a disgrace.
If anyone needs putting down it's him.

nevergoogle Fri 03-May-13 22:38:39

We do usually go there in the summer to cycle on the camel trail, we live in Devon.

nevergoogle Fri 03-May-13 22:39:18

But it's not just one person is it, the town re-elected him.

YoniOrNotYoni Fri 03-May-13 22:41:22

Wow. What a cock end. I'll boycott it with you.

PelvicFloorClenchReminder Fri 03-May-13 22:42:08

I certainly won't be taking my disabled child there. 335 tossers.

dogsandcats Fri 03-May-13 22:43:06

It says Wadebridge East.
So I am guessing a 1/4 of the electorate of Wadebridge had a chance to vote for him or not?

nevergoogle Fri 03-May-13 22:44:44

well then i'll only do 1/4 of the camel trail smile

ExitPursuedByABear Fri 03-May-13 22:46:16

I'm not sure you can catch anything from a cycle track.

Thewhingingdefective Fri 03-May-13 22:47:02

He is an utter twat. Saw him on the local news just now saying what he said was a wind up.

YoniOrNotYoni Fri 03-May-13 22:50:46

Haha. I'll hold my nose as I cycle past his bit of wadebridge. Don't want to catch anything from him.

LadyBeagleEyes Fri 03-May-13 22:52:15

If he really said what has been quoted it is truly outrageous.
I can't believe anybody voted for him.

dogsandcats Fri 03-May-13 22:53:45

surely you would do 3/4 of the camel trail hmm smile

nevergoogle Fri 03-May-13 22:54:42

oh yes, that's right, lol.

nevergoogle Fri 03-May-13 22:59:59

he did really say what has been quoted. He believes disabled children should be put down. Who votes for this?

extremepie Fri 03-May-13 23:02:16

He is a disgusting person - I wonder if he would be happy to be euthanised if he was ever unfortunate enough to become disabled through no fault of his own....

nevergoogle Fri 03-May-13 23:02:19

335 votes.

LadyBeagleEyes Fri 03-May-13 23:04:12

I've no idea neverboogle, the mind bogglessad.
Clearly 335 people.

nevergoogle Sat 04-May-13 10:09:01

I can't believe this isn't bigger news.

RubberBullets Sat 04-May-13 10:15:33

Apart from Royal Cornwall, there isn't really any reason to go to Wadebridge anyway

quoteunquote Sat 04-May-13 11:32:22

Royal Cornwall

On my FB new feed that is what people are talking about boycotting.

on farmer friend (who son is disabled) has put up his FB he won't be attending.

RubberBullets Sat 04-May-13 12:33:49

Royal Cornwall is great. I haven't been for the last couple of years as I got married that day and then had a 2 week old baby the following year. Looking forward to taking DD for the first time this year. If people are boycotting then it should make the toilet and food queues smaller smile
