£21,256, but I'm sceptical about advertised salary ranges.

Good luck!

our pay will match your incentive

eh? Your pay is your incentive, the more they pay you, the more incentive you will have...

It will match your experience. Scales often start around 85% of the benchmark salary - benchmark would be what you'd expect to pay someone with all relevant experience who can walk through the door on day 1 and do the job. They'd pay less than 100% (benchmark) if you'd need time/training to get up to speed and more if you had loads of experience / were getting paid more for doing the job elsewhere. From the numbers, I'd say the benchmark is about £25K....

Thats often the theory but they'll probably use a pragmatic approach. If you're earning less elsewhere, I'd be surprised if they offered benchmark - they'd probably offer a bit more than you're on.....

A bit more than you earn now, plus a wee bit more if you ask nicely. smile

Go in mid-range if you can....

It depends first on your experience, then your incentive and drive.

If you need to ask, I would question your drive, tbh.
