I knew it. Creepy giant building, which I can see from all over London...

Mind you...the costs! I couldn't AFFORD to go up it, so tbh, I don't care much about evil people inside it (or people who are essentially wifi thieves getting zapped).

Torchwood were in Cardiff Bay. Any move from there was a terrrible downgrade :)
