Is it a regional thing?

Because if it is then fair enough and I'll stop thinking 'twat' when someone writes it.

Ha, That's nothing I've just developed a tendency to say " Anyhoo " it caught it off the kids, who caught it off some American crap they watch.

Ah, right. Where Im from, only twats say it.

In that case, when I read it on here I'll presume their scottish instead.

Unless they say "Anyways Im from Hampshire" in which case their still a twat.

Thanks. grin

Putting 'so' on the end of a sentence annoys me. Think it is an Irish thing.

WellSlapMyThighAndCallMeNancy Sat 16-Mar-13 11:55:24

But what I mean is, saying anyways with an S on the end. Not 'anyway....' Like they do in friends.
For example;

Anyways, Im not going out tonight.

'youse' is really Essex/East End - you never hear it south of the river.
