Well why not ? ;)
(29 Posts)There's a stream at the bottom of my garden. Am thinking of posting a live webcam link if anyone is interested ? ;)
Although it could turn into wrestling if she sees no 3's stick....
I just chanted that to see if it was what I thought it was .
Her ears shot right up!
For the first time ever, I'm imagining her in people clothing... a red/white kit with
BOO written on the back.

Ooh, I think we might be on to something.
Team terrier!
Unfortunately, one of mine just submits to any ball bigger than a tennis ball, she just lies down next to it.
One will try to eat it
One will wander off sniffing at something else
And the one most eager to play will go and find a stick
Still, it would be more entertaining than real football
Little tiny terrier boots would be fun
The supporter chants would be "woof, woof, woofwoofwoof, woofwoofwoof woof, woof woof"
I've told Boo, our TC... she's very excited and is currently wondering whether to wear her ears up or down to meet her new team mates.
Her kit is fox red with white accents .
madrat we have LOTS of rats in the barns, but, I am sorry to say, the terriers are VERY good at killing them.
One shake, and the corpses are presented as gifts to feed the family.
The biggest one was 12 inches long without tail!
I did NOT cook it
Not quite a stream but when it rains we have our very own swamp in the back garden.
Bring on the terriers!
We have two Yorkies, a westie/bichon cross and a complete mongrel from Beirut.
We do have cows in the spring, but they are tucked up in their barn for the winter. Come and play!
I'm very jealous of the stream in the garden... I'd love a stream of my own.
I have a terrier cross who is looking to join a team, could she come for a trial with yours Norks? She's very good in goal, according to DS2, but she's a bit scared of sheep... only a little bit though. She's a lot scared of cows, do your terriers ever play against cows?
I can actually picture this now .
Message withdrawn at poster's request.
oh yes please ! total "Tales by the waterside " (from my very long ago youth)in black and white !
Ok, the terriers are warming up for the big match. They are stretching their front legs and now their back legs. I think one or two of them are yawning...what does that look like to you, Wonger... Do you think that was a yawn, or just a funny face?
Bump
We have a stream running down the side of our garden, separating us from a field
The match today will be terriers vs sheep. The stream and fence separate them, so the match will consist mostly of shouting (terriers) and chewing (sheep).
The sheep are very smartly turned out in matching white woolly kit, black socks and black face masks, the terriers a a rag bag assortment of grey, black, brown and white kit.
Team work wise, the is not much to separate them. Both teams perform in close formation, terriers are quicker and faster to turn around, but sheep have numbers on their side.
Match commentary follows...if you click on this fake link sheeeeeeeeep
Will it be live streamed?
Like ducks
Tbf, there are otters not far from me. They just don't like to be seen, so you rarely get to see them.
A leaf?! Better than spammed shite
<wanders off to classics>
There are real beavers a five minute walk from my house
Standard ducks OK. Quite like ice hockey though so wouldn't have minded watching Anaheim Ducks.
Just run of the mill, bog standard ducks... Hope that doesn't distract from the fun ? .....
Actual ducks, or the Anaheim Ducks. There's been a few links about them already.
OH-MY-GOD !!! Can't believe what I'm watching .... Unbelievable !!!
Quick, click on the link ....
Oh no wait... It's a leaf... Sorry... Back to bed everyone
No otters... BUT if you keep looking till the morning you might see a duck... No promises though !!
Does it have otters? All waterways should have otters.
Just set it up.. Just click on seriouslyboringasshite.com... Tis better than that football though
