AIBU?

To think that spending so much time on AIBU has really given food for thought?

I really do feel that spending (quite a large amount of time Blush ) on AIBU has actually made me a more reasonable person with a better attitude towards occurrences in my own life.

I look at everyone's dilemmas and the responses and sometimes I find myself applying AIBU logic to situations which previously would have required a large Wine

Does AIBU help anyone else see things more clearly?!

It makes me scared to go out of my house because it really brings home how many people are looking at me and hoiking up their judgey knickers.

It puts my blood pressure through the roof at times.

Mind you, the best threads I print off and we rip the piss discuss over coffee at work

No, can't say it's made me see things more clearly. What it has opened my eyes to is just how judgemental and critical some people are.

Also makes you realise just how Vast the range of opinion is on lots of issues - so i can probably never be "wrong" about anything, as everything seems to be on a sliding scale!

er no, it just makes me despair that people can be so judgemental and hostile. mn at it's worse, used to be nice before that topic. imo anyway.

Grin panda

I do worry about judgy thongs I must admit but in general it's quite refreshing to see that you are never really 'wrong' as joining says.

I am much less judgemental nowadays I think although not sure if that's a result of having my own DS or reading AIBU!

It's made me realise that there is always someone out there in rl who will be wearing their judgy pants far too high up their butt cracks in every situation. A lot of it being none of their business and some of the time over things so fucking trivial. And other times when they should just stop winding themselves up over what they saw in the supermarket queue or at the soft play centre..

I just carry on as normal, I know people probably judge me based on what I have read on here about various situations that apply to me. But honestly, if I feel justified in my decisions then hell yeah I'll stick by them.
