3-4 maybe, but she would have had to have been almost 16 stone for that to be possible.
before and after
And that after is photoshopped to death.
Sleb weight lies make me cross.

Yanbu. I presumed it was 3-4 stone. Which is still a great achievement, but 7.5? Not sure about that at all.

I'm 5'2 and once weighed 21st, at my lightest ever I was 11st. I never did any before pics so I don't know if people would have believed I'd lost 10st. Why wouldn't you? Because 7.5 stone seems too much to lose? Because it's too big of an achievement?

I´m only 5ft tall & used to weigh 7.5 stone-so to me it´s a whole person!

Because she doesn't look 16 stone in the first one. It just doesn't seem realistic, like Vanessa feltz being a size 12. I know it's possible, but to me she doesn't look 15-16 stone in the first one. Slebs who are hawking fitness DVDs will lie to make their achievement seem greater. Just like she set up the pics in that awful green bikini.

Wow Huff- how did you lose the weight?

Back in 2011 The Sun (yes I know... not a reliable news source) said she'd lost 3 stone on her 'plan' www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/features/3332666/Lose-weight-with-Clare-Nasirs-plan.html

So I don't see how that's suddenly become 7 stone..

So that would be reducing from about 15 stone 7 to about 8 stone. Don't know how tall she is but agree she doesn't really look over 15 stone in the before pics. Perhaps there are no pics of her at her absolute heaviest.

Also, well done Huff! I admire anyone who has the strength and willpower to make a positive change to their lives like that.

I think they just misread someone else's story that say she slimmed DOWN to 7.5 stone. In the same story it says she went up to 10.5 stone which fits with the 2/3 stone weight loss. That sounds marginially more realistic!

She looks about 13 stone to me in the before. Which would mean she is now 5.5 stone???

No way was she that heavy. I also wonder why on earth she was exercising in that skimpy outfit in the first place (the one prior to losing the weight)? I heard her being interviewed and she denied it was for her forthcoming fitness DVD but that she didn't realise she looked like she did......yea right! Have to say though she looks amazing now, fair play!

I think she does look 16 stone. Big people are heavier than you might think.
IME a 3 stone weight loss equalled dropping 2 dress sizes.
She has dropped 4 dress sizes so 6/7 stone sounds about right.

Photoshop! Nobody has legs that smooth other than 21 year old Brazilian transsexuals models.

That Josie woman from big brother did the same thing. It's a career move. Be fat, have hideous photos taken by the paps, do a major diet/training regime then pretend you lost the weight in 6 months by doing a fitness DVD three times a week Hmm

There was someone in a purple bikini a couple of weeks ago on the front of two different magazines the same week. It was the same "before" picture.

One headline said she had lost 4 stone.

The other headline said she had lost 6 stone.

(I thought it looked like she had lost about 2 stone and TBH I thought she looked OK in the before picture anyway)

I think it might have been Josie Gibson Whoever the heck she is.

Basically, I think they say what they like.

People never believe how much I really weigh. By the time I'm at my goal weight I'll have lost around a similar amount. It could easily be true.

I doubt she got the results through her dvd though. It will have more likely been down to a strict diet and some intense workouts with a personal trainer. Think about how quickly Janet Jackson always slims down.

Are you tall, Horrace? I am a size 16-18 and I (only) weigh 12.5 stone.

I'll buy that as 7.5 stone loss.

I recently lost just under 3 stone, taking me from a BMI of 25 to 20 ish.

Barely anyone has noticed, and the people who have noticed have scoffed in disbelief when I tell them just how much I have lost - most people have assumed half a stone/10lbs or so.

My clothes are looser, rather than needing replacing and although I'm very happy with the loss, its not as dramatic as it sounds on paper

Duckworth Yes, and my clothes feel better but still fit! Grin
