We've recently been rewatching them, this time with our teenagers and I've really enjoyed them.

Have fun!

YANBU

I started watching Buffy aged 32 when I was on Mat Leave. Was a good distraction.

Buffy is one of the best things ever on TV. I re-watched them all last year in my 40s - can't wait to let DS watch it too :-)

I wasn't even a teenager when it first started and I originally watched it (late 20's iirc) so definitely watch and enjoy Grin

I first watched Buffy at age 30. I'm now 42, have owned the seven season box set since it was released on DVD, and am currently at the end of season one for the eighth time! I unashamedly enjoy it, laugh at it, cry at it and think the writing is incredibly good, and rave about it to those who haven't watched it, most of whom clearly think I'm bonkers. I really don't care. It's ace. Watch every episode with a clear conscience OP and enjoy it!

I own it from loving it as a 20-something. I've been trying to convince my DD to watch it for months as I know she loves Dr Who. She watched Bones when bored one evening, read that David Borneaz was in Buffy and wanted to watch it finally as a result. She thinks it is fab and I keep going around saying "I told you so!"

As far as an 8 year old..... a lot of Buffys are rated 15 so I'm unsure about that one.

Do it! I watched Buffy for the first time in my mid-20s. I finally finished the last series when I was in my 30s.

I might watch it again now!

Buffy's brilliant! Have to laugh thouh at the sheer number of times both Spike and Angel get chained up naked Grin Evidently teenage girls are a bit kinkier than we give them credit for.

If it wasn't for Buffy I wouldn't live in the UK or be married or have a son.

I never watched it first time around as I was too young (only 7 when it started) I am debating about getting the dvds as it seems like I would love it.
