He is wearing slippers. I think he'll be ok.

Sorry, but if it's good enough for Peter and Wendy, it's good enough for The Snowman! winkgrin

Mynewmoniker Sun 23-Dec-12 18:44:44

What were his parents doing leaving the doors of the house unlocked so he could hang around in the garden at God knows what time! Where is that Social Services number...

MammaTJ Sun 23-Dec-12 18:44:59

My DP has just accused the Snowman of being a peadophile or at the very least a kidnapper for running off with someone elses child.

I think the cold is the least of his worries. Has he never heard of stranger danger?

SantasENormaSnob Sun 23-Dec-12 18:45:10

I think it would be liberating.

Nuttyprofessor Sun 23-Dec-12 18:45:56

I think being a snow man he may find being cold advantageous.

MammaTJ Sun 23-Dec-12 18:47:30

Aw, it's ok, Santa has just given him a scarf to keep him warm!

badbride Sun 23-Dec-12 19:09:42

It's fine as long as he doesn't pop into Tesco grin

fudgeit Sun 23-Dec-12 19:12:28

don't forget he was given a scarf for the ride home? we saw it on a big cinema screen today, was lovely esp as was DS's first trip to the cinema too.

His skin does look a little blue when he's with Father Christmas after the snowman party.

So I think that he's definitely underdressed if the artists are making him look like he's got hypothermia.

PurpleTinsel Sun 23-Dec-12 19:21:46

kim, it's a different little boy tomorrow. Who may or may not be more suitably dressed than the first boy.

Fairylea Sun 23-Dec-12 19:24:20

It's ok. I bet he has pyjama pants on. They will keep the crucials warm.

Hobnobber Sun 23-Dec-12 19:25:23

If its another boy, how has he got the first snow mans scarf in a box?

Mynewmoniker Sun 23-Dec-12 19:29:25

I hope he's not allergic to dogs! It'll have to be a labradoodle just in case. Who is carrying the poo bags?? Essential these days.

Just thought...if it melts will that make it a labrapuddle? grin.

PurpleTinsel Sun 23-Dec-12 19:33:47

Don't know until I watch it, Hobnobber.

But I have seen The Snowman about 50 million times already this week, and am sick to the back teeth of it and it is definitely a different boy in the trailer for The Snowman and The Snowdog.

RedToothbrush Sun 23-Dec-12 19:34:47

He's probably in more comfort than be'd be on a Ryan Air flight...

FryOneFatChristmasTurkey Sun 23-Dec-12 19:45:29

Flying through the air would certainly worry me. I wear a nightshirt in bed and I'd be worried about people looking up it if I were up in the air. It wouldn't be a pleasant sight. shock grin

I thought it was the same boy but older in the new snow dog one? I've got it set to record as DS will be in bed by the time it's on
