As usual, MN law applies: typos in an OP complaining about language.

People will come on and say "feck" isn't the same as "fuck", so I will allow feck. Just.

Bleddy, vair, fark can all fark off.

Also, I'm fairly sure "tweeism" is not a word.

YANBU however I have resorted to the use of "Frelling/Frell" instead of fucking/fuck with another pair of small ears on the way I have to reel myself in somehow and this is a suitably geeky way of doing so. Wine to any fellow geeks who know where its from.

I always feel quite self concious if I say feck/fark though Hmm I'm far too rough to be twee Grin

I think they are useful for conveying a jokey tone.

Bloody could sound furious, whereas blardy sounds a bit peeved at something fairly trivial.

Feck off telling us we can't use feck. It's a proper fecking word. People who lump this in with the others are feckers.

I think you're totes hilares.

None of the tweeisms make me go stabby stab stab.

It's just the mumsnet version of gangsta talk, innit.

I love Feck, I'ts very Irish and Father Ted.
Vair is usually used in the same way as naice, just people writing ''posh', which I also find funny.
If you want to swear on Mn you can, you fucking cunt Grin, but if you don't then fair enough.
I don't think it's twee at all.

Am I allowed to cause great pain to anyone caught using the word 'amazeballs'?

Please?

Report

Feck is NOT a milder version of fuck. Leave it the feck alone!
