That's all. I can't justify it. I can't even articulate why he is so annoying - something about how he talks and looks. His annoying idiolect - 'for me...this just tastes of soul...' - and red face and hair like wisps of grey brillo pad. This is a repeat. He knows about food, he knows about the music, I suppose. Apparently he is a fan of the blues since his adolescence. But I just want to push him in some muddy waters. I don't want to have a potted 'education' from a creep who is another one of these sleb chefs who has made loads of money off us and then becomes 'qualified' to do documentaries on their own pet hobbies and gallivant around the world for fun at the tv licence payers expense. And all because they seemed nice and not too annoying when we watched their first cooking series and so we bought the book. Familiarity breeds contempt. Bog off. I don't want to 'learn' about the 'blues' from a cookery presenter.
