To wonder if the MP's are trying to avoid scrutiny of their expenses

There is something odd going on with the panel that scrutinises MP's expenses (IPSA) and it doesn't look very good. They have been required to reapply for their jobs but the Speaker appears to have changed the composition of the selection panel. 4 of the 5 members of IPSA have stood down.

Well I've emailed Cameron, Clegg and Miliband so they can't pretend that ordinary people haven't noticed what is happening. It'll be interesting to see if any of them reply.
