every month at least 5 times we get a call from them saying our account is in arrears. I say but we pay by direct debit. they say let me check that. oh yes i can see that your account is up to date, sorry. it wont happen again. a few days later. its talktalk etc. repeat every few days. AAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH stop ringing me!!!!!
