I have recently given birth to a lovely dd and have 2 older children. Dh has always been abit of a lego fan but since having the children it has increased.
Latest was a trip to the lego shop whilst i was in hospital recovering from my section. £250 later! £150 was on himself.
However its the tantrums that make me think i have a toddler in the house. Eg when dd keeps him awake saying it woul be better if we didn't have her. She was not planned.
Also telling kids that we are abandoning holiday as weather lousy. Dispite being so keen to go that we had to forgoe time off when baby came. Has not seen this one through as both are performing in a show and would be devasted.
Aibu to tell him to grow up.

one hundred and fifty pounds on lego for a grown man? Bloody hell.

And tantrums? No. You are not being unreasonable to tell him to grow up. He sounds like he needs to.

You wouldn't be being unreasonable to say much more than that. How dare he wish you didn't have your child? That's a horrible, horrible thing to say.

My first son woke up every two hours each and every single night from the day he was born until he was 15 months old. Nothing like that ever came out of my husband's mouth or mine.

It's a vile thing to say.

I remember Lego Dad. And DD was your present!

He needs to accept that she is here to stay and get over himself IMO.
